What started as a husband and wife company has now grown to 8 employees helping clients build their dream homes in Northeast Oklahoma. Eric & Jamie saw a need to bring each client individualized attention and in 2021, Kennedy Homes welcomed its first Superintendent, Admin & Billing Assistant, Communications and Marketing Director, and additional sales support. We stand on our mission that each Kennedy Homes employee will provide our clients with quality work serviced with honesty and integrity.

Eric Kennedy
Co-Owner & Builder
Eric was raised in Claremore, OK since the age of 3. Eric and his wife, Jamie have two daughters. Eric has 20+ years of construction experience including tile laying, framing, cabinet building and much more. He ventured out in 2009 to get his real estate license and in 2014 started Kennedy Homes. Eric saw an opportunity to be an honest contractor that home building clients could trust. He will always tell you the truth. He stands firm on the Kennedy Homes mission; Building Quality Homes with Honesty & Integrity. Eric is passionate about his business, wife, and family. The Kennedys’ oldest daughter, Shelbey, is married to Derek, and they have recently moved back to Oklahoma after Derek’s service in the Air Force in Arizona. Their youngest daughter, Carlee, is currently in her second semester of college while working full-time. Eric enjoys watching his daughters pursue their goals and build successful futures of their own.
Eric enjoys spending his free time with his family, friends, traveling, and going to Grand Lake!
Jamie Kennedy
Co-Owner & Operations Director
Jamie was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She and her husband, Eric, live in Claremore and have two daughters, Shelbey & Carlee. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she held various roles within businesses including office management and billing. Jamie became interested in real estate after witnessing her husband’s growth and success and decided to step in and help with managing their two real estate companies; Kennedy Homes, for new home construction, and their real estate brokerage firm, Reserve Realty. Jamie’s attention to detail and design have helped clients that wanted to bounce their ideas off her (which she loves!).
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, and relaxing at the lake & beach.
John Brito
Superintendent
John Brito has been a dedicated part of the Kennedy Homes team since 2021, bringing years of hands-on experience and a passion for quality homebuilding to every project. Before joining Kennedy Homes, John spent over five years working with a local lumber company, where he built a strong foundation in construction materials and project management.
As a superintendent, John is deeply involved in every home we build. He’s organized, detail-oriented, and has a sharp eye for craftsmanship. Fluent in Spanish, John adds incredible value by keeping communication clear and seamless between clients, contractors, and trade partners.
From managing construction budgets and overseeing site safety to inspecting daily progress, John ensures that each project runs smoothly and meets the high standards Kennedy Homes is known for. He’s also in regular contact with our homeowners, supporting them every step of the way through their build.
Outside of work, John loves spending time with his family, cheering on his kids at their activities, and coaching youth sports teams. When he gets the chance, you’ll find him out on the water fishing—his favorite way to relax and recharge.
Quinn Pogue
Superintendent
Quinn Pogue brings a strong foundation of technical knowledge, field experience, and attention to detail to his role as Superintendent at Kennedy Homes. At 26 years old, Quinn combines hands-on construction experience with a background in building inspections, giving him a well-rounded perspective on quality, code compliance, and the overall building process.
Prior to joining Kennedy Homes, Quinn spent four years working in commercial electrical construction, followed by three and a half years in building inspection. These roles helped shape his commitment to precision, accountability, and reliability on every project. His experience allows him to approach each build with a deep understanding of the structural and mechanical elements that contribute to a well-constructed home.
Quinn and his wife, Kristan, have been together for nine years and are proud parents to their four-year-old daughter. Family is at the center of Quinn’s life, and when he’s not on the jobsite, he enjoys spending time with them, golfing, and staying involved in sports—interests that have been an important part of his life for many years.
At Kennedy Homes, Quinn is dedicated to helping bring each client’s vision to life while maintaining the high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism the company is known for.
Michelle Jones
Admin & Billing Assistant
Michelle Jones brings a wealth of knowledge and heart to the Kennedy Homes team. With a background that includes accounting, closing, title work, real estate, abstracting, mortgage, and client communication, she offers a unique blend of experience that supports homeowners throughout their entire building journey.
With more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience alongside her husband, Michelle has played an important role in growing and sustaining their family-owned business. She is known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and her natural ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships with both clients and contractors.
Michelle brings professionalism, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident and cared for from start to finish. She’s often the reassuring voice and friendly guide who makes the home-building process feel smooth and stress-free.
Outside of work, Michelle loves spending time with her family, tending to her garden, and relaxing with her dog, Finley—her constant companion.
Ally McClellan
Office Assistant
As Office Assistant and Client Selections Coordinator at Kennedy Homes, Ally McClellan plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while helping homeowners navigate the exciting process of personalizing their dream homes. As the niece of Eric and Jamie Kennedy, she has grown up around the values that make Kennedy Homes what it is today—hard work, integrity, and a commitment to serving clients well.
From supporting homeowners and coordinating office activities to guiding clients through selections and design choices, Ally helps ensure every project stays organized and on track. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and positive attitude, she is always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Her dedication to creating a seamless experience for both homeowners and the team makes her an important part of the Kennedy Homes family.
Kiley Wylie
Marketing Specialist
Kiley brings a unique blend of real estate experience, marketing expertise, and a passion for helping families find the perfect place to call home. With a background in marketing and management from Pittsburg State University and years of experience in the Oklahoma real estate industry, she understands what today’s buyers are looking for and how to connect them with the right opportunities.
As Marketing Specialist for Kennedy Homes, Kiley focuses on showcasing custom homes, sharing the building process, and helping clients discover the possibilities of creating a home tailored to their lifestyle. Her goal is to make the custom home journey approachable, exciting, and easy to understand from start to finish.
When she’s not creating content or working on marketing initiatives, Kiley enjoys spending time with her family, staying active in the gym, and exploring all that Oklahoma has to offer.
