At Kennedy Homes, we can build on your current lot/land that you own or have a mortgage on*.  If you already own your lot/land, then you have already completed a very important first step in the custom build process. If you do not own a lot/land, don’t worry! Many clients come to us searching for the location of their next dream home.  We can work with your realtor or connect you to a realtor that can help you find a lot or piece of land to buy in preparation for your new home.
